A booking is one processed invoice or receipt that is definitive in the connected ledger. The Firm plan includes 200 bookings a month; then you pay €0.20 per extra booking. What counts as one booking?
One booking is one processed purchase invoice, sales invoice or receipt that Autoboeker has written to Exact Online, Twinfield, SnelStart or e-Boekhouden. A PDF you split into two invoices becomes two bookings once both are processed.
Not counted: a waiting document, a proposal, a client question, a bank match, an approval step, or a processing that stopped with an error.
Does usage drop if I delete a booking?
No. A processed booking counts. Deleting it in Autoboeker afterwards does not remove that count. That is the answer if you deleted a wrong booking and expected the counter to fall.
You can restore the booking from the bin. The count stays, because processing already happened.
Where do I see usage?
Per administration: Settings → Usage. For the whole firm or a period: Team statistics, with a date filter. Only the firm owner sees Autoboeker invoices and Manage billing.
