The solution: one AI layer on top of Exact Online and SnelStart
Autoboeker is the processing layer on top of Exact Online and SnelStart. When an invoice comes in, Autoboeker recognises the supplier, invoice date, amounts and VAT, and prepares a booking proposal based on earlier bookings and the administration rules that have been set. Depending on the settings, the team reviews the proposal or Autoboeker books automatically when confidence is high enough.
Because Autoboeker works with both packages, Winkelaar doesn't need a different way of processing for each accounting package. The bookkeeping data stays in the connected package, and the team sees in one overview which documents have been processed, where checks are still needed and which exceptions need attention.
