AI processing: less entry, more attention for the figures
Autoboeker analyses invoices and recognises the supplier, invoice date, amounts and VAT. Based on earlier bookings and administration rules, a booking proposal is prepared, which depending on the conditions set is processed automatically or presented for review. Bank transactions are recognised and matched too.
Attention shifts from entering data, selecting suppliers and copying amounts to checking the bookings that really need judgement. For Sensum that means a more efficient way of working, with financial insight staying at the centre.

What new AI technology makes possible
