01
Rarity redefined. Behind the scenes too.
From rare Ferraris and Lamborghinis to special examples from Pagani, Bugatti and Koenigsegg: at Bernards Exclusives everything revolves around passion, exclusivity and attention to detail. Since 2014 the Woerden-based company has specialised in buying and selling exclusive sports cars and special collector cars, with personal attention, transparent advice and a carefully selected collection.
Behind that exclusive world there's also a financial administration. With Autoboeker, Bernards Exclusives has one digital environment for working with its bookkeeping firm: delivering invoices, answering open questions and viewing financial reports.

02
The challenge: documents, questions and financial overview
A business like Bernards Exclusives deals with a wide range of documents and transactions: purchase and sales invoices, business expenses and payments. International car trading also brings different currencies, VAT treatments and special vehicle documents. To process everything correctly, the bookkeeper regularly needs extra information, for example when a payment can't be matched to an invoice right away or a document is missing.
When that communication runs through loose emails, messages and Excel overviews, it quickly takes extra time to piece everything together. And as a business owner you want insight into your company's financial position without having to ask for a separate overview every time.
Fewer administrative tasks. More attention for the cars and the clients.
03
Delivering documents without complicated processes
Good bookkeeping starts with delivering the right documents on time. Bernards Exclusives delivers invoices and receipts digitally via the client dashboard, the mobile app or email. For documents that arrive on the road, nobody has to sit down at a computer first: a photo of a receipt in the app is enough.
Documents no longer get scattered across mailboxes, folders and messages. Everything arrives in one place, and the bookkeeping firm continues processing from Autoboeker.

Client questions: answering exactly what the bookkeeper needs
Not every bank transaction or invoice can be processed right away. When a document is missing or a payment needs explaining, the question appears in the Bernards Exclusives client dashboard, showing straight away which transaction it's about. From the dashboard or the app, the business owner adds an explanation or the missing document.
The answer stays linked to the question, so the firm can carry on immediately. Bernards Exclusives doesn't have to work out which payment an email is about, and the firm sees at once which questions have been answered and which are still open.
- Information is missing for a transaction
- The question appears in the client dashboard and app
- The business owner answers or uploads the document
- The firm continues processing
05
Financial insight when you need it
Besides delivering documents and answering questions, financial insight is an important part of the client dashboard. Bernards Exclusives views reports based on the updated bookkeeping there, such as revenue and costs and a month-on-month comparison. For administrations in Exact Online a VAT overview is available too.
For a business trading in exclusive vehicles, where a single transaction can be a substantial amount, that overview is valuable. The business owner doesn't need to contact the bookkeeper for every overview. How current the figures are depends on the processing and syncing of the administration.
06
One environment for business owner and bookkeeper
The strength is in the combination. Documents are delivered digitally, missing information is requested directly, answers stay linked to the bookkeeping and reports live in the same dashboard.
That means the collaboration on bookkeeping needs less attention in day-to-day operations. Bernards Exclusives focuses on clients, special cars and international opportunities, while the bookkeeping firm takes care of the financial processing.
